You book online in under 60 seconds. A trained & verified detailer arrives at your scheduled time with all the equipment, water, and products needed. Your car is cleaned where it's parked.
Do I need to be present?+
No. As long as we can access your vehicle, you can be at work, at home, or out running errands. We'll send updates and before/after photos when the job is complete.
Can you clean vehicles in condo garages?+
Yes. Reforium was designed for condo and apartment living. We use waterless and low-water methods that are fully underground-garage friendly.
What if my vehicle has pet hair?+
Add the pet hair option at checkout. For heavy buildup, our Deep Clean includes thorough pet hair removal as standard.
How long does each service take?+
Exterior Refresh: about 45 minutes. Complete Refresh: about 90 minutes. Deep Clean: around 3 hours. Exact time depends on vehicle size and condition.
How are detailers vetted?+
Every detailer is background-checked, trained to the Reforium standard, and rated after every job. Detailers who fall below our quality bar are removed.
What happens if I need to reschedule?+
You can reschedule or cancel from your booking dashboard up to a few hours before your appointment at no charge.
